no no are not is a waste of time bruce used the dragon flag well his goals were high u can only do small reps with the ab roll out and dragon flag so remember slow and controlled and we should always remember the benefits from any exercise come with the best way the 6 second rule hope this helps
Lot's of people are like that now and will continue to be like that. He was pretty good though. I don't recall ever seeing him in an actual "real" fight though(but if anyone has a vid, please direct me to it) but he seemed alright from his movies.
