10 extra reps.... bruce lees dynamic exercise he invented totally ahead of his time watch your neck and head with this exercise it should concentrate on the upper ab wall.

  • I might be doing the wrong way. I tried it last time and it felt easy as i am doing a harder exercice : power wheel roll out ( not on knees)

  • no no are not is a waste of time bruce used the dragon flag well his goals were high u can only do small reps with the ab roll out and dragon flag so remember slow and controlled and we should always remember the benefits from any exercise come with the best way the 6 second rule hope this helps

    it can take months to a year according to ur fitness, so id say if ur in to fitness on a regular basis 3-4 months

    and ull do the same
