If you try this technique
Don't expect to be perfect at it it takes a long time to get used to. practice makes perfect.

i thought the tutorial had great techniques and very easy to follow, it was so simple i was able to mimic these results in gimp

To you people who say that you wasted your time, you've either watched this video and realized that you'll never be able to do it or you obviously think you can do better than this. DO everybody a favor and shut up.

yea havent thought of doing it that way either, wish i could see all the whats its your clicking lol... that was a pretty fast go of it.. but good work for sure gave me some more ideas on what i can do to improve shading and lighting techniques.. but right on, good deal.. and you can get them on the net the templates for the body and what not thru the creation portal on the second life wiki page or what ev.. outskii!!

I think everyone who make any kind of tutorials or helping videos is to be appreciated. You do not have to make these vids and taking the time to do so and trying to help others is a great thing and we all should be thankful.
