ARCHIE ANDREWS... DEAD: A SATIRE and PARODY!

This is a video SATIRE and PARODY of the comic book industry and how some publishers use death as a marketing gimmick to increase sales.

Archie Comics is NOT one of the publishers that have used death as a sales gimmick, and it is because most people believe that Archie Comics would not really kill Archie Andrews that I chose that character to illustrate my point.

Archie Comic Publications Incorporated is aware of this video parody/satire and I have posted an introduction and an ending to clarify that this is a parody.

ARCHIE ANDREWS DID NOT REALLY DIE. He and his pals are all alive and well in Riverdale!

cute parody...but i what i would've done is i would've had Midge Klump accidentally kill Archie in a fit of rage because she went too far with Reggie one night And Archie was gonna rat on Reggie and Midge to Moose cause Archie being the upstanding Charater that he is,he wouldn't let Moose be in pain of Not Knowing who Midge was Catting around with...but that's just me!

Death as a gimmick to get media attention and temporary sales boost is stupid, and they'll keep doing it as long as it sells well. This year, DC killed Batman (the Bruce Wayne version, who was revived) and now Marvel is killing Spidey.

This is overkill, and it needs to stop.
