thanks for this, i'm a complete windows person here and need to get a handle on the terminal commands for IS security, any other terminal videos would be a great help

@staticCable Do you understand that this is only a more productive way to use Ubuntu? If a user of Ubuntu didn't want to try the terminal commands at all, they wouldn't have to! They could simply use the GUI (graphical interface, basically the desktop etc) to control it like you would Windows. It's not for everyone, obviously, like gamers. But why do you think it's terrible?

What command do you type to clear the terminal screen? Like cls is for command prompt in windows.

@Pottsy1981 well I've learnt something myself today, I didn't know that! In Linux it's 'clear' :)

i can't get into the "help folder at the beginning of the movie, it just says: No such file or directory.

@Baxtexx the 'help' folder I change into is one that already exists. It's just an example, use the 'ls' command to view what folders are in your current location that you can change into using the 'cd' command :) hope this helps!
