ASME Code paragraph UG-22(c) requires that piping and other loads be considered in the design of pressure vessel nozzles. Traditional methods like WRC-107 and WRC-297 do not however address all the nozzle intersections and loadings encountered in practice. The COMPRESS FEA-Nozzles feature solves this problem by providing a quick and reliable finite element analysis (FEA) of pressure vessel and heat exchanger nozzles.
