A side for turkey? A hearty soup? Why not think outside the box when it comes to squash with Chef Steve Ricci's Butternut Squash Salad with Arugula, Prosciutto and Pecorino. This raw recipe doesn't require any cooking, is colourful and delicious.
isn't the meat cooked?...this is a beautiful salad and thanks for the idea, but all salads are raw and the reason raw is so popular is because cooked food has minimal nutrients. So when the masses ask for raw, they are really telling you, we want all raw, at least on one plate.digestion is screwed up by badly combining different foods that need different enzymes to break them down, to long to digest and mostly rotting in your gutt, giving you gas and depleting you of needed vitamins and minerals
