I also was quiet down.

Now the second after a long time.

And I have a solution.

One, I really tried to resist, but now I'm asking myself if I just was to lazy for it, to self-righteous: Get hard. Not totaly, rather for some time, to gather youself in silence of yourself. In this time it doesn't matter, what you miss outside.

Pick up everything controlled, delicately enough.

But don't let it totaly go, blindly. Don't let yourself fall into arms unknown, without a reason. Care for yourself.
