Lance Burton is my all-time favorite magician.

It's hard for me to appreciate magic. I'm just too damn smart.

Part 2 and his stage presence, I also enjoy the traditional class added to his act

What I find magically appealing about Lance is his smoothness, originality, and

For a while I didn't get what Lance Burton's appeal was. I always thought he was skilled in his sleight of hand but I think what people like about him is he has a sincerity to him that can't be faked. He's not a arrogant jackass pretending to be nice for an audience for his own gratification. He's just a nice guy who loves to entertain. There's simply no bullshit to it and I think his audience feels it.

@osamawife6 Absolutely. Granted I believe that was $100,000,000 over 10 years. David Copperfield, has had him beat by ranking in the top 10 highest paid entertainers in the world. They earn every penny of it. Most lay people can't fathom the time and effort it takes to achieve their results. Heck, I am a magician and I have a problem grasping the commitment they have as well.

@themeecer wait a second, someone actually made a hundred million from fucking magic? He is a damn good magician, but a hundred million?

@nattavision nob? Did you just call Lance Burton a nob? This nob had a $100,000,000 contract with the Monte Carlo casino. He won Grand Prix Award at FISM at age 22, the youngest ever to do so and the first american to do so.

I'll never seek out the knowledge of how this was done. I don't mind being fooled by someone so skilled.

Here's one thing any working magician can tell you about Trickbusters. They 've been wrong on most everything that they've posted. Their excitement is simply in spoiling things for other people. If they can post something that somewhat makes sense, they know that viewers won't do any further research. If you want proof that Trickbusters misses 75% of their explanations, check out 2 things: magic books that discuss the same principles and the fact that Trickbusters hasn't been taken off Youtube.

xXCptCharlesXx, you're obviously a Trick Busters follower. But.. your explanation doesn't quite work for this entire routine does it? When he starts doing it one handed you must be very lost..
Be sure that If you find yourself so cool to need to spoil things, that you do it right. Period.
