  • Actually makes it easier I find... the position is more natural. Only thing is it hurts your knuckles until you get used to it.

  • I STILL can't do push-ups =(

  • you can have them up to 12 inches apart

  • arent u supposed to put ur feet together?

  • But when you do get used to it you feel like you could punch through a concrete wall.

  • for beginers, do it on fist first, then go to knuckles

  • i guess the diamond pushups are working more the triceps..aren't they?
