Yes this is in Odessa, NY. It's in the central part of New York, somewhat close to the border with PA. We came up from Philadelphia but I forget the actual directions however, took about five hours of driving up the PA turnpike.
At the tactical there was a flea market with a good amount of German and US stuff. I don't know if your unit attends the event but if you haven't been there the event is pretty fun and worth checking out, depending on where your traveling from.
