  • Kick is a heel kick, not this. Power issues from the ground as you stand on one leg. This is also too fast.

  • hi..do you have sample? how to do the heel kick?

  • follow the 3 golden rules: 1. relax, 2. relax, 3. relax.

  • good...but how to relax? is it any diffenence between the relax and the no power?

  • Yes, there's a difference. But I would suggest that first you must relax for your body to be open to the power of Tan, to the springing. So now relax; worry about power next year.

  • hi!thanks for your comment.i will try to upload another tan tui 123. hope that i have improved.

  • This is 精武潭腿.

  • Your upper body has a nice springy quality to it, but your leg movement just seems jerky and unbalanced. Try sinking lower into your stances and allow a pause between repetitions.

  • I really like your use of the waist and legs to generate power. A lot of youtube tantui seems to have very little power expressed. Technical improvements (that come with time and practice) aside I think your Tan Tui could actually hurt someone!!! :)

  • nicely done

however i think its a bit rushed

slow down a tad concentrate on technique

and yes i think stances a bit to high

also wen swinging the arms relax the shoulders

    u will find it easier

    happy training

  • stances are WAY WAY WAY WAY too high. Make your moves clearer. This is chin woo tantui right? I've learnt it. Isn't it supposed to be slower paced?

  • There are different versions of Tan Tui...

  • You absolutely have the best tantui I have ever seen. The way it's meant to be done imo.

The only thing about your structure from what I can see from other clips as well is that you tend to raise your chin a bit when punching. That would be the only obvious opening in your form that can be easily exploited. Other than that, I would not want to face you in a dark alley. :)

  • 可以試著把動作順著走一點

    二路的腿有辦法做到踢完瞬間定在最末端嗎?

    可以朝這兩個方向看看

    其他都蠻強的

  • man...some of these comments sound like people dont know real kung fu when they see it...

this looks great man, smooth, powerful...when ya going to post the other lines?
