the truth is, the laws, the law enforcers, and the lawmakers are often as vile as the persons who are sent to prison. If we could have good fair judges, we could get rid of mandatory sentences- but you can't trust law enforcement (from cop- to judge) much more than the criminal can be trusted to do what's right. Thus we have legislature usurping authority of judge and police officer and jail officer. USA is a foul vile place, because it is full of americans.

Under O'nammy , Holder does not prosecute negroes. This is a good video , it should be distributed around where these thugs play bakketbaw. The sentence is justified , no matter how much these folks whine. It was his 4th felony! In many states , your 3rd felony could get you life. The solution? Don't break the law. DUH

Just another nigger having graduated to federal 'Nigger U' from his lesser career education at 'Juvi'. I suggest a length of rope to hang this nigger and make him good.

Don't make the mistake of thinking every crime someone is caught for are necessarily the only ones they've committed. It's not an acceptable risk if you get busted every time.

@SirrSnowman The song at the end is called Sentences by 4Peace the guys that comment throughout the video specifically by Twice Thou who comments during Terrells re-arrest and escort from county to federal lock-up.

This Video was a collaboration between the Department of Justice, and "4peace" recording artists, helping to raise awareness in communities where too many youth are given these mandatory sentences. I apologize for my ignorance about the law. Apparently, my advisers on the project, The federal lawyers, prosecutors and judges who play themselves in both court room scenes, either neglected to bring this up, or weren't aware of this precedent.

According to my sources these statutes were just after the period in question in Blakely vs Washington(2004)
