Triathletes have the capacity to propel their bodies at high speeds trough wind and weather over long distances. I call that flying!!

How long is the swim? How long does it take to finish this whole thing?

This is definately amazing, i thought running the 26 mile marathon was hard enough. You guys are a true iron man.

hi the swim took me 1.30 hr te bike wa 6 .45 hr andthe marathon 5hrs thef rst time i did one but i was sick for 4 week before so i went back the next year and i was 1.30hrs faster ..there isacut off time of 17hrs....enjoy
