100% non reliable Vote Scanning systems in many states. These Sequoia or Diabold voting system can be easily hacked, and since the votes are "secretly" Re-scanned , not in the Precinct. only the county Programmer knows for sure, if the votes were rigged, and if hacked, no one in the official system can tell that votes were stolen.
