what Cluster do you have?

it shouldnt be doing that, r u running the stock ecu. u have to reprogram your ecu because the ecu looks like its still on stock intake settings and itbs are definately not stock intake. the ecu is confused as to how much air should be let in so reprogram your ecu to allow for the itb upgrade and it should stop doing the rev thing

does it bog alot when you drive, it sounds like it needs a iacv fix or something.... curious cause i want to get some 4age itb's and slap them on my b16... was it difficult?
