All Legendary Pokemon

Yah!! All Legendary Pokemon (I HOPE!) There has been some debate on whether the pokemon at the end are legendary. My personal opinion on that is, Rotom = legendary, When i battled Rotom on Platinum and Diamond, the intro the the battle was legendary music. And he dropped down like a legendary. Guys, give Rotom a break, just because he is level 20 or 25 doesn't mean he cant be legendary. Lucario = Legendary, Even though Maylene of the Veilstone Gym had a lucario, They created a whole pokemon Movie (Pokemon Lucario and The Mystery Of Mew) about him. My opinion, he is legendary. Riolu = Not A Legendary, In pokemon D/P/P, if you bread a lucario, the egg turned out Riolu. Also there was no movie strictly about him like there was Lucario. I added him because some people think he is, and i didnt want people to nag me about how i didn't add him. Shaymiin = Legendary, Like Lucario, Shaymin had a whole movie Dedicated to her/him (Forget Movie Name, something Sky Warrior).

You actually proved that Lucario is NOT a legendary because legendaries don't evolve. SO LUCARIO AND ROILU ARE NOT LEGENDARIES. Oh, and your rule about their being movie about them when they are the main character makes them a legendary, take a look and Zoroa and Zoroak. Are they legendaries? NO. So that doesn't make Lucario a legendary. Honestly, do you know anything about pokemon?
