the sad truth is the majority of dentists are brainwashed into thinking that flouride is beneficial to teeth
it is a poison PERIOD
in the US it is extremely dificult to avoid flouride [ especially in FLORIDA ]
we live in a wicked world that runs on greed and manipulation

holland and barrett sell flouride free mouthwash and toothpaste

@happyfeet5817 i uses sensodyne :) and i use listerine which has quite alot of flouride in it! im sorta iffy about the whole toothpaste thing! because you dont injest the toothpaste, yet i wonder if it can get into your blood stream via gums? hah i was terrible at science :P mouth wash im more funny about, just because i find myself swallowing some of it sometimes. Also the research into the effect of flouride in water, toothpaste ect on the teeth apparently shows no real positive effect! xox
