I use Burt's bees, but most of the time if I don't use a sugar lip scrub, I take a toothbrush and gently scrub my lips and then I use the Burt's bees or one that u can get from Walgreens called Lypsyl and it has pure Swedish beeswax and SPF 15. Also I use my own homemade lip balm that has a soy base and vitamin E plus flavor and it's really good :)

I can't say much on my end for getting rid of chapped lips bunt maintaining them, I can.

At the end of the day, I use C.O.Bigelow's Night Balm. It is somewhat sticky like a gloss, so I only use it before bed. If my lips aren't bad, I go to my Lemon balm, which I use in the morning as well. The Mentha balm is great with SPF 15. I use these all day when I'm at home for upkeep. At work, I carry and pop on some EOS frequently for moisture. It works great and I haven't had dry lips all winter. :)
