Grrr. I thought that kid was with you (nephew or something). That was pretty irresponsible. Stuff like that causes public dog-friendly places to put in place anti-dog laws/regulations. All it takes is a few citizens to complain that your dog is harassing them. I know you see it as them having fun and YOU know they won't bite but strangers don't know that. Please be more considerate of others. :(
