"Vision and Values" are useless without the "Virtues" to live them out. The reason Enron tanked was because these "Smartest Guys in the Room" with their PhD's and MBA's had no moral compass. It was a "Tower of Babel" where they thought they could "outsmart" everyone.
Fame and fortune are to be placed in the service of others - otherwise it becomes "power" that consumes you. That is the lesson of Enron (and Wall Street.)
