Hydrogen will not hurt you but if you use salt in the water the gas from the salt is chlorine and that will kill you.

@palle4 Oh, I forgot. I've got a video on my channel but I don't use the balloon to capture the hydrogen. I just blow up the water bottle.

@palle4 Get some of "The Works" toilet bowl cleaner, a water bottle, a balloon, and aluminum foil. Pour a little bit of the toilet bowl cleaner into the bottle, and then make some small balls out of the foil. Put the balls into the bottle and put the balloon over the top. Wait for the balloon to inflate, but pull it off and tie it before it pops. You've got a balloon full of flammable hydrogen.

@robertg222 im asuming you mean NaCl with "salt". salt is a pretty generic term (any ionic compound)

a real hydrogen bomb is done by breaking down the atoms not by setting it alight

this is probbally a bleach bomb that make a explosion by the bleach that hcl mixed with al to give h2 and aluminium hydroxide left in the bottle

you dum ass dude try putting some high explosion
around the hydrogen and explode the pressure created by the bomb will push the atoms of hydrogen together and then would create an chemical reaction and then set it off C4 is the best explosion you should use. But you must make the C4 implode instead of explode i would tell you more on how to make it but i can't becaues i can go to jail for it.

I dont know if your school is over yet, but a nuclear Hydrogen bomb is alot diffrent from just hydrogen gas exploding.
