Making videos as I stumble through Korean version(can't read). I believe this is the first area where there are medusas en masse. There is a cave with a 30 one but for a quest, however I don't believe (as of currently) there is a quest for these, there is a quest for the centaurs which are in the same area so I suggest you kill those instead. Yes I make plenty of errors, not trying to show off or anything, just first take.
