Known in Japan as "Seishun Scandal", this fairly mediocre Kung-Fu Master takeoff apparently revolves around a high school student trying to get his girlfriend back from a gang that kidnapped her. Very cutesy graphics throughout as you battle musclemen, knife-throwing goons and watch out for bottle-dropping building denizens (you can punch/jump-kick the bottles at your adversaries), only to encounter some bizzare obstacles later on like flying bombs, fireballs, bouncing spikes, etc. It gets to be pretty tough going at times when many of these objects converge on you at once. Ported over to the SEGA Master System, where many of the games had graphics similar to this.
Bizzare and goofy humorous touches/better enemies/more interesting storyline/etc. would have probably made this game more memorable. Not unplayable but it didn't really stand out for me.
