New or old, hard drives can die at any time. This hard drive from a 2 month old MacBook Pro Unibody has failed without warning resulting in data loss. Always have a back up, and be sure that back up is tested and working before you start generating new data. See our website at http://www.HardDrivesDie.com for more info.
