straight piped 2000 silverado 4.8l drive off

My truck driving off, didnt want to leave a black mark by my buddies house look for better video in the future. My 2000 Silverado with a 4.8L. it has a Jet performance programmer, E3 spark plugs, Taylor 8.2mm wires, Airaid intake tube, Eagle alloy rims and Kumho AT tires and dual cat-back exhaust with out mufflers

i can tell you the problem right now its the meak little 4.8 you got trying to move all that truck, my 08 3/4 ton has a 6.0 and 32" tires and will still leave atleast 10 foot of black marks

i hope it does more then 10 feet because if you listen i let off the gass or else there would have been alot more than 10 feet of black if so you wasted your money. but i know for a fact that those 6.0 can do alot more than 10ft a guy i worked with had a vortec maxx and it had 20's and could easily lite um up

did the programmer actually help increase power?

yea but you really do not notice it that much if want to get more power take it to a dyno shop, but if you want it to be faster the programmer does alot for the transmission and makes your truck faster, also you can read engine codes and i reprogrammed my computer for the larger tires

yea i did but my old plugs were really shitty, but i am putting them in my race car because i liked them.

@WaylonMiller1205 i could put money my 2000 silverado with a 5.7 yes i said 5.7 still has old body style. shorty headers hi flow cats no mufflers K&N cold air, custom throttle body and hypertech chip and 5 speed would stomp your truck oh and its a 3/4 ton

@bigbadbronco86 Meak 4.8? You underestimate the true power of these little engines. My '02 Silverado has a 4.8L, K&N filter, Hypertech Max energy prog., Flowmaster 40 Series with Cat. Conv. and Muff. The tires are Goodyear Eag. mounted on 20in Cattivo 724 wheels, and..i've beaten every Hemi Dodge, Silverado 327, 350, 6.0, PowerJoke Ford, Duramax Chevy, Cummins Dodge that I have lined up against...Only races I have lost are against cars. All with 242,000 miles and never any engine work or repair.
