If you sat there and mimed all of those words, wouldn't it have been worth the extra effort to mime them on inhalation rather than exhalation?

Actually, that's really my mouth saying the words you're hearing, forward motion, just as you hear it, no miming involved in the process. That mouth is superimposed over top of all the other crazy things they did to me as I sat there. The other stuff is played in forward and reverse motion to help illustrate the ideas in the video, while my mouth continues in forward motion throughout.

And getting all that stuff shampooed out of my hair afterwards was not easy!

Yes, I did sit there and get all that stuff poured on me, but as you can see if you look closely, in order for all the backwards stuff to work we then superimposed my mouth so that my lips would be in sync even when other things in the frame are going backwards.

One of my wackier ideas for a video, wasn't it. Washing all that stuff out my hair afterwards did take a while!

I say "REALITIES"

Yes, that's why science came up with the word "multiverse" to describe multiple universes, but that certainly does fly in the face of the original definition of the word universe. There are even many different kinds of multiverse so that also has confusion - which is why I've come to prefer the term "omniverse" for that over-arching "all possible realities expressed as one single thing" concept.

@10thdim That's because you don't use Amway products :). Even IF the shampoo didn't work (which I doubt), I could probably get anything out of my hair with LOC. It took mold off my door and pen out of my shirt, no effort.
