Nah man ... The FD2's better than the FN2 in terms of performance man ... Its lighter, more powerfull, better chasis and of course independent rear double wishbone suspension too ...
I`ve driven both the FN2 and FD2 ... I prefer the FN2's interior styling and for my taste the FD2's ride is a lil' rigid but thats the point of the car.
So its up to you. Each car has its own pros and cons ...
The best would be to have both Wahahha ~!
