How do you create a lightmap file, I don't understand what you did. Can you explain to me the process of creating a lightmap, I really enjoy this tutorial and would like to follow along with you. Thank you.

@meitiek92 I'm pretty sure you just type the path to an empty .iff image and do a render. Maya automatically writes it.

so we just safe image that has light references or how?
