Because they are wild, undomesticated animals. It would probably rip you to shreds if you came near it.

Cats are some of the most beautiful animals on earth. And this one is a good example of that gorgeousness.

Pet one of these and you will be likely to draw back a stump as despite their size they can be very aggressive. There are loads of domestic cats that need homes and rescued cats can be great pets.

Don't know which clip I like best (this one verses Cininati). Errr, maybe this one as of course sand cats are nocturnal. Am so grateful for the work that all GOOD zoo's do and of course the wildlife foundations. Thanks for all the world wide work you all do.

Sand Cats are wild feline species and shouldn't be kept as pets. Besides, there are plenty of adorable domestic cats that need homes.
