Paul Bienek plays frailing & clawhammer on the Deering Vega "Olde Tyme Wonder" 5-string banjo at the Eagle Music Shop Deering Banjos Weekend 2007. Paul is the front man and banjo player with the much acclaimed UK band, "Rabbi John". To quote USA virtuoso Tim O'Brien "Hard and strong and shining audibly like a diamond" He is respected as a teacher and performer playing clawhammer, frailing & bluegrass styles. Paul has performed at many UK festivals over the years and has built up an enviable reputation as a prolific tune and song writer. He is a fine banjo player with a style all of his own.
