Feeling playful and dance-y

I NEVER post dancing but tonight I feel brave and I can take the teasing! I was feeling quite bouncy and happy in yoga pants, waiting for my cousins to do some Yamuna Ball Rolling with me in the first clip. They live in Ottawa and I rarely get to see them.
The other clips are from a playful practice where I didn`t feel strong so no amazing tricks but I got yogini in there!

farther out from the pole and that seems to be the key to making this pose look nice. I felt like I was a little too scrunched up to make the pose look good. Your reverse split grip Aysha at 3:58 is FABULOUS! I've seen 2-3 vids around Y-T with an INVERT from the reverse split grip--raising th epossibility of a direct invert to the reverse S/G aysha. Might be nearly impossible to pull off...but intriguing!

Oh...I like this very much and I wish I felt the freedom to freestyle and post like this...guess I always feel like I have to produce a product to post a video. But I DO get this freedom from riding a bike long distances... I like the 2nd segment best...the backlighting, colors, music, and freestylin made for a hypnotic effect. (and 2 fine Yoginis!) And there's that Aysha to Brass you mentioned to me earlier! Your hook back was solid...and your pose looks nicer..you hold yourself farther cont'd

You raise a good point about the direct invert into split grip. I think it's Lola Cherry Cola who did it, it's on the pole wiki! If it is indeed a direct invert to SG, then she does it like a back cartwheel/handspring... I'll look...
