Jerry was not so much the issue... I did question the level of his involvement being a shareholder with all the other shady things going on. They had an attorney who had the 7-19% claims removed because it could not be verified. I was, at the time, voicing my concerns. It is an old issue. For you to state Enrique never made those comments I thought was a little arrogant -- as he had. Again, this is an old issue now but I wanted to clarify that Enrique said all those things are more. That's all.

I'm well aware of Ethos as a product, it's quality and the recent testing. Mr. DeVilmorin is not the issue. Your slandering Mr. Schnitzius was personal for me. As I stated, I have known him for many, many years and the comments you made were offensive. I asked if you had met him. It's obvious you have not.

Enrique most certainly DID say those things... I was on the calls and heard him. You apparently left your hearing aid in the bathroom or something? Anyways, it's a little late... he is no longer with the company. Ethos, as a company, has made huge strides and has improved as a company.

Mr. DeVilmorin has not claimed any of the things you accuse him of. Are you the gentlemen who penned a public apology? Have you met Mr. Schnitzius to slander and libel him in such a manner as you have on several web sites? Please tell me. I've known him quite well for over four decades.

ALL these things can be debunked by a phone call to the various agencies. Don't be taken in by a very clever con-man! Do your research! You will be surprised by what you find... unless you have some reason for not wanting to find out? I used to be just like you over a year ago... when I first heard accusations, I rose to the defense of Ethos and set out to prove the people wrong. What I ended up doing was proving them RIGHT. It was a hard pill to swallow.

No, I just despise serial liars -- and Enrique DeVilmorin is one. Were you on the calls when this man said he had a Ph.D. from Harvard? That he was a Nobel Prize Nominee for his "many patents to save the environment" when he has NO patents to save anything? When he said the product had been tested by the EPA? When he said he was given an award by the Chinese Government and it was filmed by ABC, CNS, NBC, CNN, Fox, and others -- and NONE OF THESE NETWORKS have ever even heard of him?

Jerry Schnitzius of Allied Waste is a MAJOR stockholder - and has been for some time. ISN'T THAT A SERIOUS CONFLICT OF INTEREST? Let's see, he owns all this stock in Ethos, uses his position of authority to place the product in Allied's fleet all the while personally profiting. I think it stinks like a skunk in a barrel of blue cheese. Sadly most 4-E reps are unaware of the facts behind the company. Anyone wishing to find out should visit money maker group and read up.

Got to laugh at that bloke saying save ten gallons saves 20 bucks. Thats about a UK pound per gallon.  Here in the UK fuel is nearly SIX UK Pounds (12 US dollers) a gallon. You americans don't realise how lucky you are!!!! (no offence intended)
