Nice tutorial, I just used them on a video and was able to reduce the QuickTime file size from 98MB's to 30 without loosing any quality. Awesome. Just one thing, it is hard to see some of the settings you show... your zoom is too fast. Maybe just focus on a specific window instead of the whole desktop. Thanks again for making it.

@samboothey It's not for the quality, it's for the type of sound. that makes it STEREO, not hq.
Can you tell me exactly why it won't work in normal quicktime 7 and has to work in pro?

Only the Pro version has the exporting capability. I could be wrong since Quicktime probably updated their features.
