1. base coat (orly calcium base coat)
2. Normal plain transparent tape
OR you can use those premade french manicure nail stickers. tape is a cheaper option =D
3. White nail polish
4. black nail art polish
(rounded brush tip)
another alternative to this is to get a cheap bottle of black polish and cut off the tip of the brush to make it thinner and rounder.
5. silver glitter nail polish
(add a little 3-d silver from mac to make it sparkle more)
6. top coat (orly - in a snap quick drying top coat)

betetr to remove it when it is runny and abit wet. if u remove it when itz tacky, there will be strands of thick nail polish. bad idea.
