... and then should we all sign up for your totalitarian regime?
Just because you don't like the idea of mixing with a handheld MP3 player, doesn't mean other people shouldn't see that it exists.
We love vinyl, but love other format too.
Open your mind.

this thing looks awesome.how much is the thing.i think last i heard, it was going for around $750.that's still very expensive.maybe if it was like 300-400 bucks it'll be a hot sell.when do you think they start being avialable in regular retail? Casue if i saw one at my local music store or wlamart i would so buy this.i love mixing songs and be awesome if i could do it on the go!

Dunno about this. Seems great, but the crowd wants to see some DJ movement, and not some dude standing there touching something that looks like an iPod. Richie Hawtin even said that the crowd is interested in DJ movement. Also, it wouldn't be much good for producers. On the good side, however, i can seriously see myself enjoyin' one of these bad boys
hello, can you bring me a title of song?
thanks

Who needs turntables? U WANKERS, mankind needs turntables!!!!! We need real DJ's with real skills. Who needs clean air? Who needs non polluted water. shit who needs feet?
I dont want to pay to see a DJ stand there with a toy...
We need real djs on real turntables, or it's a "play list", not a real mix...

You're right, playing vinyl takes loads more skill (we've massive fans of vinyl, with reasonable collections of it).
Just because plying turntables takes more skill, doesn't mean that other people who don't have those skills shouldn't experience the joy of mixing music does it?
Look how many famous, so called DJs use Ableton to do their mixing. If people can't mix, there's still a skill in picking the right music to build a mood isn't there.
