the whole problem with xbox overheating is when u use it to play games that means it uses CPU and GPU and RAMS at full memory !(depands on the games reqs) !!!

Thanks for the video. I always wanted to know the temp differences concerning the fan mods. Great.
But a spreadsheet or diagramm in the description or in the end of your video would be very cool. :)

Yes heat rises but, the heat goes through the fan out the back. so it doesn't matter

So what the fuck did all this prove? I couldn't sit through the whole god damn thing . It would have been nice to have been able to see a spread sheet with your results at the end! Fuck sakes

dude were did u get the temp gauge i have looked all over 4 one whats the name of it
where did you get the temp reader? i have been looking for them for ever but i can only find the big science ones. also the temp probes did you have to open you xbox to put them in or do you thing you can snake them in through on of the vent holes?

i mounted them under the heatsinks as close to the proc as possible, if you want an accurate reading you will need to do the same.

i was taking temperatures of the actual heatsinks, the top of the case is a lot cooler.
