This is one of the Pleasanton, Tx scenes of the movie The Sugarland Express. Apparently the crew shows up to get a bite to eat, while Capt. Tanner attempts to end the chase here. But there are a few things going against them, and decides not to take action. This is the 1st half of the video.

Is Eagle Express an improvement over Dymbala's? On Google Maps (Street View) you'll find it at 2nd St. and Commerce.

ok, ok. i get what you mean about Dymbala's. Eagle express dosen't do chicken, they sell breakfast tacos, and it's a beverage barn by other means. I was reading elsewhere that the chicken shack was around until the mid 80's.
Now I was born in 1990 and have lived here all my life, I remember my dad talking about this movie. My dad actually saw Speilberg in person. Though he said the chicken at the shack sucked.
