I first bought that type of hair elastic from twistband's site, then saw emi-jay had similar. This made me check etsy and then e-bay; and, not only did I find less expensive versions for sale at those sites, I found inexpensive yards of the material used (double fold elastic) to make my own. (I'd rather give more money directly to charities than via most portion-donated manufacturers.) :)
