DISPOSITIVO DI RAIMONDI PER LESECUZIONE DI MASSETTI
Nel caso di massetti su piani sopraelevati quali balconi, marciapiedi e terrazze, occorre creare, con tavole in legno o righe dalluminio, un "armatura" perimetrale per definire larea del massetto stesso.
La creazione di detta "armatura" richiede tempo e materiali non sempre disponibili in cantiere.
Al tempo per la creazione dell"armatura" si deve aggiungere il tempo per rimuoverla.
Nel caso di massetti su balconi sono note le difficoltà per fissare tavole in legno allesterno del piano.
Con STAFIX questi problemi vengono eliminati.

COME SI USA
Posizionamento della guida:
• Posizionare la guida in plastica a filo del perimetro esterno del massetto da eseguire.
Fissaggio della guida:
• Fissare la guida, in funzione della natura del piano, con adesivo, cemento rapido o chiodi.
• Nel caso di presenza di guaina bituminosa riscaldare la guaina e fissare la guida sul piano.
Inserimento di STAFIX:
• Verificare che la guida sia ben fissata al piano.
• Inserire STAFIX nella guida fino a fine corsa; lasta di scorrimento si incastra nella sede della guida.
• Posizionare la tavola in legno in prossimità della guida.
• Fare scorrere STAFIX sullasta di scorrimento fino a contatto della tavola in legno.
• Bloccare STAFIX per mezzo degli appositi pomelli.
Estrazione di STAFIX:
• Dopo avere realizzato il massetto allentare i pomelli.
• Fare scorrere indietro Stafix di alcuni centimetri.
• Togliere la tavola in legno.
• Impugnare lasta di scorrimento alzarla leggermente e sfilarla completamente.

When creating a mortar base on raised levels, such as balconies, sidewalks and terraces, it is required to make a perimetrical framework with wooden boards in order to contain and define the mortar base.
Making the framework requires time and materials which are not always available on the jobsite.
Also, additional time is required to disassemble the framework.
Last but not least, when working on balconies, it is difficult to set the wooden boards at the external.
By using STAFIX all these problems disappear.

HOW TO USE
How to position the guide:
•Put the plastic guide at the end of the edge of the mortar base to be created.
How to fix the guide:
•The plastic guide has to be fixed according with support. It can be set with adhesive, quick-setting cement or nails.
•If the support is covered with waterproofing bituminous sheath, warm the sheath up and stick the guide.
How to insert the STAFIX:
•First verify that the guide is well fixed to the support.
•Insert the STAFIX in plastic guide until the end of the stroke; the metal bar sticks into the round-seat at the plastic guide end.
•Set the wooden board close to the plastic guide.
• Slide STAFIX on the metal bar until it touches the wooden board.
•Tighten the knobs and fix STAFIX.
How to remove STAFIX:
•After having done the mortar base, loose the knobs.
•Pull the STAFIX few centimeters sliding on the metal bar.
•Remove the wooden board.
• Hold the metal bar, slightly lift it up and remove it completely.
