The second week of my planche training, this week has seen several new additions to the exercises including the full movement from the "L" hold through to a handstand and then returning to a basic planche.

  • thankyou very much for all the advice, it really helps to have constructive comments on people who have been through this previously and in turn know the challenges that have to be dealt with. I will take the advice in my stride and hope to produce another video in the not to distant future. just wondering are there any exercises you could recommend to improve my back strength because i still find the advanced tuck planche hard

  • thanks for the positive comment, i can now do a planche hold without the bars for a good 20 seconsd but have yet to manage to do a planche press up. also have you got any tips for trying to do the planche pull up, thanks

  • This is very impressive, and he's further along in his training here than I am, but you guys realise this isn't a planche yet? A true planche has to have straight arms and legs.

  • impossible... :| I've been training for over a month and still nothing..just a little progress :/ You had to practice some sport,brak,fitness before.

  • bent arms= not planche

    simple as that
