"...gotta have my beer..." a real bar musician. LOL. Thanks for the demo.

your equipment is so much better than ours. we throw everything in a jeep with no covers or anything, then we jump on our equipment. probably explains why our equipment always breaks. its not that were amateur, we just don't care : \

You *should* give them a look...left out the "should" the first time. Sorry!

@highlyrestrung You should go with Sensaphonics. I have their 2MAX IEM's and they are beyond comfortable. All the other monitors on the market including Westones and Ultimate Ears have a plastic base mold with the inserts being a different material. The Sensaphonics molds are completely medical grade silicone and much much more comfortable. They consistently rank at the top in regards to their sound, particularly with getting strong bass consistency through the buds. You give them a look.

Very cool your idea! We liked very much

Hi, thanks, very informative from a working musician - not a salesman (oops person). I am just embarking on getting my stage setup together and in the process of choosing my IEM system and already decided on the SG3 transmitter maybe gonna go for JHaudio IEM's - again thanks.
Cool man, I had been thinking about building something like this, and wondered about the practicality. Our lead singer seems to have some hearing issues (although he hasn't been diagnosed yet), and we are trying to figure out the best and most customizable solution possible. Have you been happy with whatever earphones came with your Sennheiser, or did you need to replace them? Are you using molded ear gels? Thanks for the awesome vid

It is very practical. Other options are an Aviom type system or I my look into a Presonus board and run my mix with an ipad. For now, I love my set up. I have total control over my mix. The stock buds that come with the g3 are ok but not high end by any means. Spend some $ and get some good ones that are worthy of the G3 system. I can build you a set up just like mine and customize it for you. I have a cabinet shop where I build things like this.

No prob, thanks for checking it out. Still using that rig as we speak, tonight in fact. I have gone to a stereo amp rig, using two amps, stereo chorus, delays, etc. I have them both miked and panned left and right into my ears. This has really helped me enjoy my guitar tone much more. Hearing your amp through IEMs and not through the open air is a less than pleasing experience for most guitar players. So now, including my guitar, I have 3 or 4 different stereo sources coming in to my ears!
