58 years ago today the young Princess Elizabeth Alexandra Mary climed a tree in Kenya and came down it the next day a Queen. She has been our Queen ever since over 58 years of tumultuous, often frightening change. Her Majesty has remained the one beacon of stability and continuity in all of our lives. I hope she reigns for many more years to come. God Bless and Save Her.
