*Description:
Increasingly, it is becoming important to ensure the quality and relevance of higher education. Demand is high for HEIs to provide appropriate forms of education and R&D, strengthen accountability, and develop a distinct variety of programs. Governments are also called upon to make a more effective approach to higher education investment. This session will discuss quality management of programs and human resources, and examine the latest trends and key issues of administrative/financial support for quality management and IT infrastructure.
