WXIN Sign-off (w/o SSB) Oct. 1989

This begins with a "Moment of Reflection," followed by the sign-off announcement.
The sign-off announcement, which precedes the "Moment of Reflection" is a video montage of downtown Indianapolis (includes Pan Am Plaza, the former Market Square Arena, Monument Circle, and Union Station among others) and even utilizes the Fox fanfare music at the beginning and end followed by eight seconds of color bars and tone.
And if you are wondering if this was featured on another web site. You are absolutely correct—I sent this into the Jawtoons site (the same one that was featured as Sign Off for the First Week of March 2008), but this is the INNewsCenter version.
Music and graphics during the sign-off announcement are from the Fox infancy at the time and went by "Fox WXIN 59" before re-branding to Fox 59 the following year.
