Sorry, but this is a copyright-protected design owned by my company. I don't sell or license the designs. So, I wouldn't be willing to authorize this.

There is no PVC used. The best material to use for posts is 'lodge pole pine'. It is sold in 6, 8, or 10 foot lengths in various diameters. So, the answer to your question is that since the rope is wrapped around wood, it is very easy to attach with staples. I have built my own contraption to hold a spool of rope and the post, in front, with a sliding guide with a hole through which the rope is threaded. My sisal posts are tightly wound and the rows are pushed together with a manual ram.

I made this cat tree, myself. So, I am the right person to talk to. I am wondering why you would want a cat tree this tall. 15-20 ft is very out-of-the-ordinary. I have never had a request for a cat tree this tall. Do you want the same size boxes, or is this for a different type of animal besides housecats? I am thinking that maybe you have Savannah cats, or some other type of animals. Please email me at hollywood_kitty@msn.com or call me at 323-805-1776 to further discuss. Thank you.
