Pultizer Prize winning playwright Horton Foote, recently passed away at age 92. But his rich body of work over a lifetime in the American theatre, seemed to resonate with Connecticut audiences. We take a look at his ten year creative partnership with Hartford Stage, and its artistic director Michael Wilson.
Horton Foote: At Home in Hartford is a compilation of interviews and profiles that CPTV has done on the playwright over the past decade, and includes the final taped interview of Foote — a conversation with his longtime friend and collaborator, Michael Wilson, in front of a live audience at Hartford Stage.
