so does foam latex hold strong and keep it's position? It doesn't recoil after you move it, does it?

This was Monstrously creative! No pun intended. I love the puppets! The animation was a little choppy for me, though. Are the puppets twisted aluminum or ball and socket?

I use wire armatures made from a combination of florist wire and beading wire.

Did you make the puppet yourself?

then did you use an editor to remove the background and use flash, with the sprites to create the animation?
