  • the music is it from the movie? keep good work! :-)

  • Oh, this is awesome :) Nicely done.

Not only because I like Dirty harry, but I loved the 'dancing' excitement letters !

    Made me laugh, that part..

  • But i gots to know.

  • i love the 'but being as this is a' part and the period-as-a-bullet. not a fan of spinning 'clean off', but the letters scattering afterwards is great.

i know nothing about animation so i can't offer any informed opinion about that aspect, just what i like and i don't like... but typography-wise, you should be more careful with kerning (is there an option to manually kern letters in aftereffects?) and there are better typefaces out there for this (i would've used Futura).

    anyway, good work!

  • not bad, although if you're gonna use presets you should utilize them in a way that doesn't obviously look like presets. small things such as "easing" the keyframes makes a huge difference. otherwise, very nice. those old retro colours match the music perfectly.

  • fabulous!

  • I don't think it was over the top, the transitions kept me watching. Very artfully done.

  • this is pretty cool, but it seems you went a tad overboard on the effects and transitions. The questionmark path movement was awesome, and so was the .44 magnum part. Great work.

  • Thanks for that. Thats a great help !

  • You can also do an audio preview with the period key while you watch the waveform so you can hit the spots. It's a lot easier in premier actually where you can tap the * key to set chapter markers in time.
