Petition The Forced Youtube Beta Design!

This video was made in response to the latest youtube blog about the forced beta update. As many of you may know youtube has two channel designs. Currently we all have the option to pick the beta or the classic design and we can even change back if we choose to, but youtube announced through its blog that it will FORCE every channel to upgrade starting July 15th. Now I'm not saying that this will be the end of youtube or the world. What I am arguing is the fact that forcing something that is CLEARLY not popular with the community is wrong. We should be able to have the right to pick and choose instead of being forced fed this for no valid reasons. This petition is hassle free, secure, safe, and scam free. I intend to collect enough signatures before the 15th in hopes of stopping or changing this. This could help or it could fail, but what matters is that we spoke out and let our voices be heard instead of complaining and doing nothing about it. I talk and walk and i don't intend to just sit around and take this. What will you do?

COMMENTING ON YOUTUBES BLOG

Yesterday, June 27th Youtube removed the comment section from their blog announcing the forced upgrade. You can still read the blog and see the video, but the comments vanished. They weren't removed, they where simply hidden. If you want to comment on the blog to voice your thoughs simply do the following
go to google
type in "youtube blog" and hit the first search result
you'll be taken to the blog. scroll down to find the one about the beta designs and you will be taken to the full one with comments on.

UPDATE

I am aware that some issues have been delt with the beta such as the commenting. I made this video right when youtube announced the forced upgrade and at the time i could not comment. Youtube has posted a new blog entry talking about how they fixed that issue as well as some lies. You still have to go to the video to comment with other people though so its still no better then the original designs.

DISABLE YOUTUBE ADS

If youtube is going to force this upong us and not listen to its users then we can hit them where it hurts, their wallets. Firefox has an ad on option called adblocker plus which disables and removes ads from all websites which includes youtube. Not only does it disable ads, but it makes streams and downloads go faster due to not having to load up ads. This also means that youtube will loose money since the ads they set up on videos and on the site will be removed. To use this simply download and install firefox. Then download the adblock ad on. here is the link where you can download the adblock

Directors Notes: Hate comments get removed and the user gets blocked so don't try it. Also please rate, comment, and share this video. STOP CHANGING! I had a YouTube account made back on April 2007, and quit partly because YouTube won't listen to complaints of their users. I finally joined because I missed it so much and needed an account to favorite and comment on videos. Facebook and Twitter changed their layouts too. Stop it!!

I remember the old YouTube. No constant fiddling with the layout. No videos getting blocked or censored unexpectedly. Easy to get your content recognized and get lots of subscribers.

Google's trying to make it so that only their cash cows like Shane Dawson and Smosh get recognized. They care nothing about the little guy.
