Crysis Warhead recorded at 240fps with some epic slow motion shots during explosions or headshots. The graphics were maxed (using a varying mix of custom configurations floating around the internet). I increased texture sizes, increased decal & shadow counts, raised the vegetation draw distances to nearly infinite (thus making every piece of grass or every bush rendered from any distance).
The song is I don't care by Apocalyptica; from their newest album Worlds Collide.

EDIT: According to much... European speculation, many think that I've done this in realtime, and I haven't. My computer was actually getting about 15fps while recording this, but I manipulated the game in such a way that it could record & play it back in realtime. Some might call this "pre-rendering", and that term is as close as it will get to how I did it.
For those who care, my rig is as follows:

8GB 800Mhz G.Skill
Sapphire 4870 1GB (800\1100)

@jopo1234567812345678 Don't be stealing my genius, I created that nick 6 years ago for Halo 2 on XBL. Straight off the top!

@lowstrife
actually, there are, crytek programmed it so that there are actually bullets coming out of ur gun..infact they even programmed bullet drops after long distances. u can see a little bit of a white dot when u slow the game down, zoom in and shoot.

@AznDuD333 When I slowed down the game to 600fps, I saw nothing like this. I remember specifically looking for it. I believe I have a video showing this...
